POLICIES
Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled via email (sent to info@heartandsola.com) at least 24 hours before the scheduled meeting time to be considered for a refund.
Time is spent before our sessions, preparing relevant notes and resources, and checking out your business, links, etc. Due to this preparation work, refunds will not be provided for missed appointments.
A missed appointment is if you are more than 15 minutes late to our scheduled meeting. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session is considered forfeited and a refund will not be provided. Reschedules will be offered on a case-by-case basis.
